Announcing Autumn Ridge – a New Neighborhood in Woodbury

Many of our customers have been asking for larger, acreage+ size home sites, for years. But for the last 10 years, there haven’t been any available in Woodbury…that is, until now!

The City of Woodbury has given approvel for Custom One Homes to introduce “Autumn Ridge of Woodbury” next spring.

Located one mile south of the new East Ridge High School on Radio Drive, home site sizes range from one to four acres. That means homeowners will be close to Woodbury’s new High School, Bielenberg Sports Complex, and at the same time, have quick and easy access to both Interstate 494 and Highway 61. It will also very close to the new “Bielenberg Gardens” retail complex (construction will start in spring of 2013) that will be on the southwest corner of Bailey Road and Radio Drive.

Homes will be built on two cul-de-sacs that are nestled among the rolling hills and mature trees, providing the utmost privacy for each homeowner.

Want to build your “dream shop” or a special play house for the kids – now you’ll have space to do it. Depending on your lot, you could even add a sports court or a skating rink, if you choose.

In case you missed it, Mike Rygh was interviewed by the Pioneer Press regarding Woodbury Phase 2. Here’s the link:

Groundbreaking for new homes in Autumn Ridge of Woodbury will begin in April. Home prices are estimated to be in the range of $700,000s to $1.5 Million. There will be 20 home sites available.

I’m in the generation where I already had the big home, kids, all that. I sold my dream home after 15 years and moved to a brand new townhome in Woodbury. I had enough of that, and now would love, love, love a new single level home, 3 car garage and a nice basement, (but not a walkout, lookout would be ideal) to continue on with my life. I would like to be by the new shopping center that will be built so everything is convenient. Will you be building anything like that around all the acreage of The Gardens?
