The statistics are eye opening! Everyone assumes “the market is slow” but location, location, location is still the key to a good real estate investment and the market is telling us Dancing Waters has what it takes. We just finished our annual statistics for our neighborhoods and the rate of building in Dancing Waters has greatly accelerated over the last three years with 41 new builds in 2010 – up from 21 builds in 09′ and only 12 in ’08. That’s almost a 400% increase in the rate of sales. Why might you ask? Well, combining the high demand neighborhood with the fantastic values in this down market has given people a “once-in-a-decade” opportunity to get the homesite they really want.
