We’re doing another special preview of a new home in the Dancing Waters neighborhood in Woodbury, Minnesota.

Many thanks to the new homeowners who gave us permission to show this beautiful home to our future customers and friends prior to moving in (just in time for the holidays).

This is a customized version of our new Berkshire design that has been very well received since it was first unveiled during the Fall Parade of Homes this September. In fact, we are proud to say that a few other new customers have also chosen to customize the Berkshire design since the versatility of the spaces allows their home to flex with their changing lifestyle needs.

One of the special features of this home (and several others that are under construction right now) is the flex room.

This room is just off the kitchen – perfect location to be used as a formal dining room, since it’s so close to the kitchen, or possibly a music room (great way to know that the kids are practicing their music lessons while you’re making dinner).

Remember – our flex rooms are appropriately named because they can easily be converted to be used for whatever purpose you choose. Stop by and check it out, along with all the other features of this new custom built home.
