Custom One Renovation proudly serves the Twin Cities metro area. Although the name is new to our company, it is deeply rooted in our Custom One Homes brand, since 1983. We launched this division of Custom One Homes based on the requests we were receiving from past clients, we were already providing the service, so it made sense to brand it and start its own division with a dedicated team. Adding Custom One Renovation to our family of brands felt like the perfect fit!

Safe areas for children and pets
Roof replacement / repair come with loud noises and this can be difficult for kids and pets. We suggest speaking with your children and keeping pets in a safe environment until the project is complete.
10 Point Clean Up
We pride ourselves on leaving the jobsite area cleaner than we found it, we have a 10 Point Clean Up process in place to ensure that is always the case! We also will do a final walk through after the job is complete!
Antennas or satellite dishes
Prior to our start date, contact your service provider to make arrangements to have product moved/removed.
Relocate your vehicles
We recommend parking on the street or an area that is a safe distance away from your home.
Move outdoor furniture
Store your outdoor furniture, gills or lawn decor in a safe area away from the workspace to prevent any debris falling on it or alternative damage.
Tree branches and landscaping
If you have any tree branches that may be difficult for our contractors to navigate around, we ask that you consider trimming those back, within reason and safety. Additionally, it is a good idea to cover any shrubs or landscaping that is in direct area of a drop zone from your roof/siding.
