This is our biggest event of the year and you don’t want to miss it. This year the theme is Octoberfest! Enjoy free traditional German offerings – brats, beer, potato salad and The World’s Most Dangerous Polka Band, plus yard games, Hammerschlagen, and a bounce house for the kids!!Whether you’ve built with us or not, all are invited! The annual party is a great opportunity to visit the neighborhood, mingle with the neighbors and have a great time before winter arrives.

We’d also like to introduce you to our newest neighborhoods in Woodbury and Lake Elmo! Twenty One Oaks of Woodbury is a custom built community with a great selection of cul-de-sac home sites. Other features include community sidewalks, biking paths and close to Bielenburg Sports Complex and East Ridge High School! Village Preserve of Lake Elmo is a small town community with convenient access to major interests in the Twin Cities and part of the Stillwater School District!
