High Demand for Autumn Ridge of Woodbury

We knew we were getting a lot of interest inquiries about our new neighborhood, Autumn Ridge of Woodbury, (the 1-3+ acre home sites that we’ll be building in south Woodbury later this spring), but even we were surprised by the response.

Last Saturday, we opened up our “Priority List.” This is a list that will give interested customers first on the list to choose their home sites when we’re at that point in the development process. Only twenty home sites will be available – and we expected about four reservations at this point.

But we were pleasantly surprised when our estimates were way too low. We actually doubled our projections – and already have eight customers on the Priority List.
