Groundbreaking for Custom Home in Stonemill Farms, Woodbury

Woodbury natives will be returning to town once construction has been completed on their new custom home in Stonemill Farms.

Ryan, Tracy and their three daughters broke ground at their homesite last week.

Immediately after the groundbreaking, this new member of the Custom One Homes crew jumped into the backhoe and went to work digging the foundation.

This family chose a homesite that backs up to a park and has lot of open space, which will be the perfect play area for their three daughters.

Ryan and Tracy selected Custom One Home’s Manhattan Design as the starting point, but it has been fully customized to meet their needs.

When asked about the design, Jeremiah Rygh, a new home and remodeling specialist with Custom One Homes, said, “It’s Big – and it’s perfect for this family because it has a full front office, and a hidden rear office.”

Ryan often works from home in his own business. By using the office in the back of this custom home design, he’ll be able to focus on business while the kids are playing in other parts of the house.

It’s the perfect layout for those who work from home, yet don’t want to disrupt the rest of the family.
