Custom One Homes is Kicking off the Holiday Season with a Special Event.

You see, we pulled a few strings and made special arrangements for Santa Claus to swing down from the North Pole to spend a special afternoon at our custom built model home at Stonemill Farms.

Santa said he’s really looking forward to a little break from his workshop, and this will give him the opportunity to find out – first hand – what’s on some holiday wish lists this year.

Fact is – Santa made a deal with Mike Rygh, Jeremiah Rygh, Rob Fritz, and the rest of the crew from Custom One Homes.

Here’s the deal…

Santa said he will pose for photos (one per group), but he asks that each person or each family attending the holiday party brings some food to donate to a local Minnesota food shelf.

He also insisted that we bring in a professional photographer (yes, even Santa wants to make sure he looks good in pictures), so we’ve once again teamed up with Fieldstone Portraits.

Your neighbors and friends will be shocked to learn that you met Santa – right here in Woodbury – but you’ll have proof. You’ll get to take home a 4×6 professional photo that you can wave in front of anybody who doesn’t believe you met the big guy in person.

(You might even show it off by using the photo for your holiday cards this year.  Additional photos and holiday cards will be available through Fieldstone Portraits the day of the event.)
