Autumn Ridge Update

We have several updates on Autumn Ridge, our newest Woodbury neighborhood. We’ve started building our second model home and it has some amazing features.

This stunning new $1MM+ model home features the first two story vaulted great room we’ve built in a two story model in ten years. This is an exciting feature and adds beautiful character to this arts and crafts, architect designed home. You won’t have to decide where to put the Christmas tree in this home.

Other features of the newest Autumn Ridge model include:

In addition to the new model home we’ve also begun construction on one new customer home that will be in the spring 2015 Parade of Homes(sm) and one that will begin construction in 2 -3 weeks. Both of these new customer homes are also architect-designed, custom homes designed to compliment the acreage surrounding them.

There are 20 acreage homesites in Autumn Ridge of Woodbury. Of those 11 are either sold or reserved so if you’ve every wanted to build on an acreage homesite now would be a good time to take a closer look at Autumn Ridge.
