Update – Autumn Ridge of Woodbury – February 23rd – 1pm

There has been a lot of buzz and lots of customers expressing interest in the new neighborhood we’re developing called “Autumn Ridge of Woodbury.” These will be 1-3+ acre home sites – something we’ve had many requests for in the past couple years.

We’re not ready to let prospective homeowners choose their lots yet, but we are going to take names on our “Priority List.”

Here’s how this will work.

On February 23rd, interested customers can put their name on the Autumn Ridge of Woodbury priority list. The fee is $500 – which is fully refundable – and this will give you “first right of refusal” for choosing your homesite. (The $500 fee will be applied to your lot purchase when you proceed.)

In May, we will have the final plat approval and home site prices. At that point, anyone on our priority list will have the opportunity to reserve the home site of your choice, or you can choose to cancel and receive a full refund of your $500 fee.

The roads, monumentation, trees and all improvements will be added in May, and we’ll be starting construction on homes in June.
