Another Groundbreaking in Stonemill Farms, Woodbury Minnesota
Residents in Stonemill Farms will soon have the opportunity to welcome another family to the neighborhood.
Custom One Homes recently started construction on their future home, and celebrated with a groundbreaking ceremony.
Our construction crew immediately went to work, and as you can see – much of the framing work has been completed already. 
Originally from Iowa, this family chose this home site because it reminded them of the area where they grew up. From their backyard, they will have a beautiful open view of the farm fields. 
For them – it’s the best of both worlds – building on a home site that will make them feel like they’re living in the country, yet enjoying all the perks of both Stonemill Farms and the Woodbury community.
