We’ve heard comments like this for as long as we’ve been building homes. Attempting to visualize what your new home will look like is a major obstacle!

In today’s economy, many home builders no longer have the ability to build model homes- giving you even less opportunity to see space planning solutions and design ideas. At Custom One Homes we’re very fortunate to be able to show 2-4 model homes at any one time- but we have yet to build a custom home without ANY changes from a model.

What’s the Answer?

To help our customers get more ideas Custom One Homes has implemented a PRIVATE, one-time-only, open house program for all of you gathering ideas. Instead of only offering 2-4 models to view, people on our exclusive invite list get to see 12-15 different homes over the course of a year.

 

 

Here’s How it Works

We build approximately 10 custom homes a year in addition to our model homes. Normally these homes are completed and our customers move in.

Now, after these homes are completed, we get permission to show them to an exclusive group of people BEFORE the owners move in. These events aren’t open to the public and the only way to get an invite is to sign up on our list.
